• Level UP CPD reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse, breach of these Terms, or unauthorised sharing is detected.

3. Technology Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technology (internet connection, compatible device, updated browser/software) to access the Online Content. Level UP CPD is not responsible for issues arising from your technology limitations.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• Due to the digital nature of Online Content, all sales are final unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.
